I have experience in leading the transformation of SEND in an outstanding academy. I have worked on developing a whole academy strategy to improve the quality of provision, SEND and personalisation for students. As part of this I have developed systems that are personalised, robust and impact driven to ensure pupils achieve their full potential. My background is cross phase from primary through to high school. More recently I have delivered training on the new SEND Code of Practice to academies from the national Ormiston network.
